If someone understands my reasoning, maybe they can help me out, before I run of of posts for the day.

I'll try one more time:

IF Mr. Cavasin would have sold his 68mio shares, we only would own 1/10 of the float, or what am I missing?

Fat chance 'cause the only senario for Alex selling his shares are bad senarios, so if he did sells his shares, which I don't believe he did, then there is no way SIAM or insiders woulda bought them. It's us "suckers" that woulda bought them.
Meaning we'd own 50-75% of the float, meaning the share totals we are tabulating would be significantly more than 15-20 million.
