FF actually their was a mass mailing by a third party last year (they were obviously heavily frontloaded) that preceded the run. So I wouldn't be surprised if you see outsiders promoting again, having bought low. The key is the A/S! Does he need to raise significantly more capital to service his end of the exploration costs.
