sounds like ra is suffering from"dilusions of granger"basically its HIS company, to run HIS company HIS way,and HIS decisions are law!i,ve seen this problem before in the navy w/certain officers.usually nothing happens to them because most of the people they are intimidating are usually enlisted personell and are afraid to lock horns.i belive its time ra get slapped upside the head into reality and removed.
