I agree, and I believe that you do not need to purchase these warrants now. You are issued the right to purchase 50% of the amount of shares that you own as of July 15.You must hold all shares for a year at which time you can exercise your warrants for .01 per share.At this time you just need to provide proof of ownership. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
