"Open question for anyone: if the final tsx contract is expected this week for the flow thru program, wouldn't UMNG's audited financials be due and all executive positions have to be filled? How did they get to the final contract? There must have been a preliminary, and on that preliminary had UMNG's afs. I just bring this up since the Form 10 is being delayed b/c the NIs are not done yet resulting in no AFs

So when I say 'fleece the flock,' it seems the company can very well save us when it wants to do so. but are they waiting for the pps to drop?"
