For what it's worth, I have now replied to the letter from the SEC to get Alan's filing for the 504 that is on paper only! (Really manipulative Alan!) I got it Friday and just e-mailed them back with the MONEY to have it sent to me! Will let you know when I get it though it won't really matter at this stage, but I want to see it.
