Sounds like the DR is income until the ledge gets the next level permit. If they can work all 3 sites effectively, I say go for it. Sometimes it is hard to pick the best fishing hole for the day, I try to gather all the data and choose from there, sometimes I am right and the fishing is GREAT and other times I am incorrect and the fishing kind of sucks.
