However if you are a long time shareholder (MDFY), you should look BACK, (wait until you hear the bull I get about that statement), and read the German Deal to get your answer. The composition is being made by the same old gang. How many times do you hear that "JB" says or on the bottom of press releases, NIK's name shows up? What about the Reverse Split PLANNED before the A2A dividend move. Nobody told us about that one before they put out the STRIKE price and people started to question that statement. They are just gettin sloppy...You are right to parce every word in every statement. IMO
