Not a problem! I will contact him tomorrow. In the meantime, I sent Marc Cifelli a quick e-mail to make sure it is OK if I pass his contact info along to Seth.

Since Marc seems to feel all is "above board" with Imperia and it is the shareholders and folks like myself bringing things to the surface who are the real culprits, I can't wait to see how he spins it talking to a financial journalist such as Seth!!!

Mainstream attention is exactly what this situation needs. I'll post a follow up after I speak with Seth. Thanks for sharing the info wioth the board, Dale and muppitman;)
