What is the risk, if any, of our STP EEZ rights becoming an albatross around the company's neck?

If the probability of finding commercial oil is as low as the STP-Press report appears to indicate, could we find ourselves with costly work commitments in two ultra-deep, 100% blocks with little likelihood of enticing a free-carry partner of somekind?

Hopefully the ANP will soon help with clarification of the latest seismic assessments on its site. Meanwhile, any input from those here who may understand such things would be much appreciated.
