If it works the same way as an ADR (which the company claims is the case), the shares would have to be held in a Depository to back the "PDRs" which have been created. They couldn't be retired or nothing would be backing the PDR that the goofy people are supposedly paying up to 8 times too much for when (or if) you sell them down there. lol.
