"I have only been a shareholder for a month or so and I love all the exciting things that are taking place with Panamersa and this is probably one of the biggest reasons I chose to become an investor in your company.
At this time I only have one question. What happens to the shares of PNMS after they get sent to Dallas and converted to PDR's? Yes, I understand that Panamersa will own these shares if I choose to convert them, but are they retired from the float post conversion, or is PNMS inserting them back into the American exchange again? I am curious to know if these shares will be gone and out of the PNMS float.
