Henry is NOT an officer or director of CVCP, yes Tim is his brother and changed his last name (not sure why, maybe to distance the association with Henry's past).

I don't own PRVH nor would I buy any based on Henry. I didn't buy CVCP based on Tim rather on their (Cavico's) numerous opportunities and timing of entering the US market when Vietnam is approaching the spotlight.
