Quixotic.. from my conversations with with Andrew Beyer, it is my understanding that the valuation of FCCN will not be based on market cap.. rather the FCCN shell would be attributed 5% and the % would be increased from there based on the infused capital, which now stands at $1.9M. I think this is to prevent exactly what you are referring to..which could result in the AERO shareholders getting screwed.
We also don't have a clear indication of how AERO will be valued, but again we know that regardless of that valuation, our % will be greater than 5% and could be as much as 20%. I think the parameters have been set such that it's a fair deal all the way around.
Based on the above premise.. it certainly would be wise for AERO to release news prior to merger completion. I think Hunsaker's goal is to go straight to the big boards and this delay should offer him the time to show the investing community what AERO is made of why they deserve to be considered along with the big players in their space. That said, my expectation would be that Mr. Hunsaker will provide us some forward looking details in the coming weeks.
