Every teardown of an iPhone that I have seen online has gotten it down to the circuit boards and no farther. They all see a Samsung P/N on the processor and assume that it is a Samsung ARM so no need to go farther. I agree with Lakers. Until I see that someone broke open the MCM and identified the individual die, I believe that the "evidence" that I've seen and heard so far points to a Marvell ARM. JMHO
