Looks like the Canadians are preparing to off-load the deeply indebted U.S. operations. Jan. 31, 04 is comming fast and the PR reads as though they can pre-empt that date. I don't see where it says default is required.

Furthermore, why would we need a 30 day loan? Is the PR wrong, they must mean Jan. 05.

After yrs. of watching and holding these share this is what is left? Mad cow and now this!....lol...Thanks Canada
