I have one question. Just who are these idiots who are supposedly buying these PDRs people claim to be arbing at a rate of about 8 to 1? It isn't hard to buy the stock from an offshore account, so who are the fools who are supposedly paying 6 to 8 times more for it through the PDR derivative by buying it from a brand new "exchange" in Panama with no track record?

The entire story sounds about as believable as the "land dividend" that was never paid by PNMS.

In the meantime, they are collecting passport info and getting copies of drivers licenses which could aid central american illegal alien smuggling into the US.

The fact this stock remains mired in the basement proves that none of the brilliant individuals who set up this scheme are arbing the stock on their own exchange.
