MAYBANK, Question...What happens if PTEL decided to get rid of the Medify Solutions, as it looks like they will or want to? They are a division of PTEL right? So if PTEL's Board says "let eliminate the Medify hand held medical unit division of our Company PTEL" and it is eliminated. After all it is just another product line in effect of PTEL and would be in the filling of the Merger, the Certificate of Incorporation and or the 15c211, what law or SEC regulation would REQUIRE PTEL to give shareholders of PTEL any share of an eliminated division or anything else for that matter???? I pose this question in response to all who posted here back in April/May, JB included, when the PTEL move was made, about how great it would be now that Medify Solutions now has the backing and financial resources, form PTEL, to proceed with the Medify Product and now appear to want to trash Medify Solutions Product line.
