Some on this board have rightly questioned this latest partnership announcement. There may be great success down the road, but there's no guarantee that our current stakes in the company will keep pace with any integration manipulations that may be increasingly detrimental to an already bloated share structure. Surely, management on both sides have already discussed merger arrangements, and I would have to expect them to be more negative than positive from the ETIM sharholder's perspective. Otherwise there would (and should) have been more discussion in the PR about improving ETIM shareholder value, and no attempt to undermine it. Caution is always the proper stance, even with emerging companies seemingly as promising as ETIM.
