There is only one person who could possibly answer that question. That is the CEO. His list of Beneficial and Non-Beneficial Owners, compared to the Weekly DTC SPR should reveal if there is a disparity in the outstanding vs the Issued. The trading prior to the last PR suggested manipulation.
