Are you an engineer lang? Have you physically seen this engine? Are you a marketer of engines? Do you own an engine distribution company? How about an engine production company?If the answer to any of these is no, then how can you say they can't sell one?

They have video of a working prototype. If they can get it to work, they can sell it.

I just hate narrow vision statements that serve no purpose.

IT'S THE PEOPLE THAT ARE CRAZY ENOUGH TO THINK THEY CAN CHANGE THE WORLD, THAT ACTUALLY DO.
