The last update I saw was on the Pink Sheets website on PTEL.

Outstanding Shares: 138,708,305 as of 2007-06-12

The Petel website shows :

Outstanding Shares: 138,351,305 as of 08/05/07

Looks like there is an increase of 357,000 shares from 8th May to 12th June.

Could this increase be for shares given to the senior new employees who came on board recently or what?
