Yeah, that little float thing is pretty closely tracked by most pinky investors. They get a bit irritated when the TA and company keep it secret. LOL

Envoia, as for the audited financials...we attended all the CC's and some of us the pre-UPZS Founders meetings in Pittsburgh. We've been through a gambit of promises....hence we are somewhat jaded here at times. Being in from the beginning or near beginning give some here the right to B & M a bit.

The PPS is up and news is flowing so, of course, the mood on the board changes to much more positive. Me, well, it takes the re-establishment of the trust and consistency of information flow to get me back in gear. I am also jaded enough that in pinkyland (even OTCBBland) I require a fairly good bit of corporate good will before I give them the benefit of doubt again. One of those items I require is actually audited financials. Not these half-arsed attempt at slapping some numbers down. Which is effectively what i think was done. I don't trust them [financials] one bit.
