Something to think about:

Efgo has (23 or 25%) holding of GVHL. I just noticed they kicked off GVHL and it looks like Efgo is bank rolling them and backing them with resource sharing, staff, IR, (someone said same fax #). Also I notice GVHL went “live” 2 days before the end of the 2nd Q! I’m sure GVHL is paying all of that with stock, (so Efgo position will be more then 23 or 25% by the time all the dust settles) That will show strong on EFGO balance sheet (I’m talking about the 23 or 25%) ownership. That is about 7-12 million dollars @ GVHL 0.25 PPS close. (I say 7-12 million as I can’t find the exact amount Efgo said they control).

It is interesting to note this from Efgo Pr:

Winters added; "If the heavens are aligned right, and Global Vision completes their acquisition of IEXPay (Jiangxi), Esprit will end up with a significant position in IEXPay's development as well. One only has to look at the recent stock price of Global Vision (GVHL:PK) to see the value being placed on this outstanding business opportunity".


I think we should start the chatter on the GVHL board. They have 1 mod and 1 assistant and it wont hurt to say hello and just pop our head in and out now and then. I did. Mod assistant was happy and eager to chat up. It may help our cause in the long run as after all we (Efgo) are 22-25% stakeholders. I’m not saying go out and buy GVHL stock, all I’m saying is by us supporting it we are indirectly supporting Efgo.

I called the Ir just to touch base and I made a fishing type of a comment that once GVHL is all rolled out; Efgo could sell some of that Gvhl position and do a buyback of it’s own stock. Ir said “The thought did cross our mind, and at their current prices we wouldn’t have to sell much of our holdings percentage wise to do a massive buy back of efgo”.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!! Interesting I thought! I think there is a heck of allot going on in the background then we know and realize!!
