That kind of makes me wonder, and perhaps it's not good to "think out loud" here... BUT...

I wonder if just the simple action of investors through each of the various brokerages asking for certs made folks in the brokerage office stop and take a look.
Maybe one thing led to another and they figured out the situation their MMs have put them in, and they've figured out they need to be able to account for the certificates, or should be concerned about the failures to deliver. Maybe it wasn't necessary to get everyone to get their shares in certificate form to bring things around.

Maybe this is why it appears the NSS action has halted.

Also very curious that the local resident naysayers have been absolutely silent on this board at the exact same time. One of those things that make you go, "Hmmmmmm..."
