Question for folks with TDA accounts. Has anyone been having problems buying HMGP again, especially today? I have a friend that I told about HMGP who has TDA and he's decided to pick up 20k. Filled 4300 yesterday, and when he tried to get the rest today they wouldn't take his order. He called and was told the SOS about how they can't/won't allow buys due to the "certificate" problem.
