Interesting inconsistency

a bot was credited on Google News in the London bomb scare. But the New York Times doesn't include the bot reference anymore.

Explosive Device Found in London, Police Say
New York Times, United States - 6 hours ago

The car was abandoned close to a night-spot called Tiger Tiger, television news footage showed, and police used a remote-controlled robot to approach it.

and here's the same paragraph from New York Times (now):

Police Defuse London Car Bomb

The car was abandoned close to a night-spot called Tiger Tiger, and police said a “potential means of detonation” was defused manually by police explosives officers. News reports said one explosives officer removed a cell-phone from the car to break a potential explosive circuit. But the police declined to confirm the report. The car was later loaded onto a truck and taken away for forensic scrutiny.

so what's that all about?
