grandjury indictment?do you understand what a grand jury is? a ham sandwich can be found guilty of murder in a grand jury.1st the procecution is allowed to bring up all charges and any evidence it can dig up.2nd you can not rebuke or object to anything.3rd basically your lawyer is there to make you sit there and keep your mouth shut then he files for appeal and a new venue.theres nothing grand about a grand jury.
