Here is what I came up with; Stock is purposely being brought down as low as they can get it. Lame, open ended press releases are being put out to help in that effect. Most likely the week after next the company will come out with their reserves report and uplisting. Right before that information comes out look for a big spike in share price. .10-.15. There are some investors holding some big cash waiting for the right time.
