So you are saying they can't do it on the fly and expect it to work. Then when you see two people mention that it can be done by a change in the packaging/L bridges you change the stance to "that isn't an advantage?"

Either AMD can change the default voltage and multiplier or they can't. They can bin split and package some die for a new SKU or they can't. You can't just go around blindly saying they can't just because you don't like the way someone phrased their supposition.

Furthermore if they can create the SKU you can't just wave it off with a "INTC doesn't care" type statement. Leave it for the market to decide and stop this foolish posturing.
