Vince joined Genesis in 2001 and was previously Chief Operating Officer of two high growth software public companies, Pivotal Corporation and Rand Technology Corporation. Both companies achieved significant success and were awarded numerous industry and business recognition for being Canada's number one fastest growing companies. During his time at Rand, the company grew from a private company, with $30 million in revenue to a public company with over $300 million in revenue over 5 years. Pivotal also experienced tremendous growth during Vince Mifsud's tenure and was the fastest growing company in Canada in 2001 with revenues in excess of $95 million US from $15 million 3 years earlier
