Wait... I'm confused. From what I understand, Ken testified filming for this project began in late March. I'll try to double check with the clerk of the court to see if this statement is accurate. If he wasn't under oath during the testimony there may be no transcript so... we'll see.




This is weird, though:

Don't the two pending lawsuits dated prior to the 6/18/07 PPM make this statement false???
