Finally got through to Investor Relations (Adrian Harvey, 801-858-2004). Have tried for days, and he was now at liberty to talk, albeit very cautiously.

He has CONFIRMED that ToyShare did buy the MRXT shell and they are using it to go public. Without being specific, he stated that news would be out soon on the company's takeover of the shell. They will unveil their business plan and expansion focus. They will update the Nevada SOS site by the deadline on officer listings.

They are planning on upticking off .PK, but was not comfortable providing specifics at this time. He asked that I call back next week, when he would have more information available..........

We are GOLDEN! Get 'em while you can. Current share structure is UNCHANGED. AS = 200M
