It seems like Cryobanks has so much potential.
If we are having trouble meeting the Biostem merger requirements, why don't we go somewhere else. There must be other shell opportunities. Something does not smell right if someone keeps delaying the financing deal. Why and for what purpose. Don't forget that there was bridge financing in place. That short term financing must have been regoitated, too.
