For those that are intersted:
I did talk to Dennis this morning. Yes they are still waiting for the x date from nasdaq.
They are in the process of consolidating the three seperate entities into one. This should result in better communication capabilities when complete. They are overwhelmed with calls.
All the parts are functioning. Just wanted to share about our conversation what was relevant.
