Just got off the phone with Etrade and the gentleman said that PMCL didn't show that anything was wrong with it. He just said that the restrictions they have placed on low priced pinks for further security reasons. He said they also will stop trading online if any kind of split or name change is about to occur to make sure all shares are accounted for. I bet this is due to both.
