Some thoughts:
The only reasonable explanation for the stock action since March might be direct Siam’s involvement. I can’t imagine any MM to play such a N/S game on expectation of the $282M buyback, which could be released on any day. The only “gray” player could be that, which has known, and what was much more important, DEVELOPED the entire scenario of the pps dynamics for a few months ahead. For the obvious reason Siam didn’t want to see high pps before they complete most of their 30M buyback. That’s why they were forcing the price to go down.
I believe the current steady pps growth could indicate that Siam is close to complete the buyback, thus allowing for the upward price movement.
My assumption is based on common sense. Who else, except Siam, could be buying such a mysterious stock right now with no CEO, no office and more than three months of the complete silence? I think it could be the only one who knows exactly what is going to happen.
