Tough to believe that a buy-back has ever occurred with an increasing OS and Float----Isn't it???

CMF suggests strongly that dilution is taking place and not a buy-back! The only cite that shows a reduced OS is E-trade which does list the OS as 12.2 Billion.....and that is what it should have been at if in fact SW had truly purchased 1.667 Billion shares as PR'd.....

This does not match/wash with SW's own statement concerning an approximate 15 Billion OS and 14 Billion Float however.
