If the people that are alleged to be part of this scam are truly part of the scam iam sure they will be more than willing to settle out of court to keep their "good name" out of public records. If the court finds fraud they are required under ethics to report the persons and information for prosicution (sp) So they need to come up with a good enough deal for this not to proceede much further. I print and mail my claim tomorrow.
