Tjak, I would call the structure for dividend as 1 for 50. It's more fare this way. At price being 87.5 pence at today's price = $1.75. But 1.5 cents or today's 1.75 cents make it 1:100 and 2 shares for dividend = 1:50 for today's $1.75 price. For each 1000 shares we would get at today's price 1000:50=20 shares = $35 if we could get to this in time. The record day was June 11th, so if someone didn't have PTEL on that day then sorry no dividend. Also you have to hold PTEL through ex-day which hasn't been announce yet. To sell it with US brokers will cost more like 5% of the value.
