My bet is that this is a temporary drop for whatever reason. I believe that the stock will continue to fluctuate until a decision is made on the dosing restrictions. Until then, many good cases could be made for why the price is fluctuating. In my opinion, no amount of good news on CX701 alone will provide a sustained higher price per share; significant price increases/decreases rest solely on the dosing decision.

PS: I do believe that at this price, it is a good buying opportunity.
