it was a huge deal the day it happened .......

basically what it boiled down to is he was promoting stocks he owned without specifying what he owned....

like when shakerz is paid to promote a stock he has to inform you he was paid and how much....

if he didnt it would be the same situation stockster.com faced.....

what made stockster.com different though is the owner spent nearly $2m in advertising his picks...

thats why it was so high profile......
