Plus the company stated that they do not anticipate the need for any further financing in fiscal 2004 unless it is necessary to procur/fund a very large deal. Perhaps they will finally begin to realize some substantial revenue base this year. Using OPM is how most companies survive and grow, especially in their formative years.
