Dear MGMX Shareholders.

I believe we are at the point where we need to ask some difficult questions of MGMX's management. As Shareholders we have been faithful and patient in our wait, but the time has come for some answers regarding our investment in MGMX.

I suggest that we select Mary to represent us as a board member of MGMX. In this capacity she can negotiate and speak on our behalf. In order to initiate this we must write to MGMX’s Ken Lamb and share with him our plans for Mary to be our representative and ask for the Proxy Forms, which allow us to do so. By doing this we will have an unambiguous representative who can voice to MGMX our concerns and questions. Furthermore, she will have ability and authorization to do what is needed in order to benefit us as shareholders.
