Incidentally, did you know that these family planning clinics have been trying to prep government officials on how to handle threats and mail terrorism. It seems like they've become pros over the years.

My sister used to work at the local Planned Parenthood and they had attached to every phone, what to do in the case of a bomb threat - what to listen for, any background sounds, etc. And this PP did not even do abortions. I can imagine how the other clinics were set up - I believe someone once told me that their employees actually had training on the subject.
