Rasica - The court found against usxp for more than just PRs. It was also for filing false SEC reports and for illegally issuing/selling shares. Questions of fact are not revisited in appeals, the appellant must prove legal error on the part of the judge. The most RA can hope for by appealing is a brief delay of the inevitable.
