I called the DOE, Department of Strategic Petroleum Reserves. They confirmed the report does exist. They wouldn't say why, but it is currently being held from release to the internet. They also would not say precisely what it said. Only that Global Resources, along with other companies, was mentioned. Not sure I'm willing to buy more shares until I know exactly what the report says. When I called DOE, I went through the Department of Fossil Energy 202-586-6503, they routed me to SPR.
