A senior board member asked me to post the following registered internet Domain name for feltang.com.

I do not know what the relationship could be to Feltang Limited, the Nigerian oil and gas services company whose website was posted by Walldog or its relation, if any, to the Feltang noted in the ERHC JOA/PSC papers on Block 2 of the JDZ with Sinopec.

I googled Recon Technology and there is a Nigerian and Canadian IT website design company with a nice portfolio of clients in Lagos, but with a different street address.

The Victora Island address is close to the main office address for Chrome Oil services or Chrome Energy.

Beyond that I know nothing at present.
