To the board:

We have these 2 Corporations.

ACG CHEMICALS GROUP INC
AlCar Technologies Inc.

They belong to ALEXANDER P. CAVASIN.

For these 2 corporations we have 3 options:
a) a certificate of Dissolution could be issued to the corporation;
b) a certificate of Dissolution was already issued to the corporation;
c) notices of Intent to Dissolve or Default notices were sent to the corporation.

So, I think we have 3 scenarios here:
a) There is no corporation to support the shares value – (Very bad – Police, Court, FBI...) ;
b) Another Corporation has been created to support the shares value and we need to find it;
c) For these 2 corporations the dissolution haven’t occurred.

For me I strong believe that we are talking about something that no longer exists...
