Our-Street.com, an Internet-based, public company watchdog, announced today that it has filed a complaint with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission against PowerChannel, Inc. (OTC BB: PWRC). The complaint alleges possible violations of Sections 10b-5, and 13a and 16(a) of the Exchange Act.
